Plain promises about money, your work and your faces. Each one is how Picacho works today; if we ever change one, it changes here first, and anything that costs you more is emailed at least 30 days ahead.
Every picture, video and tool shows its price in credits before you press send. A credit carries at most two cents of what it buys.
If our rules or an engine refuse a request before anything renders, it costs nothing.
Your character's face is built into every render from its photo, and on paid plans each picture of a made-up character is scored, so you see how close it came. Close-ups hold best; a face far away in the frame can drift, on any engine. We won't promise more than that.
Bought credits never expire. A plan's credits refresh every month. A price change that gives you less or costs you more is emailed at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel free of charge before then.
Cancel any time in Settings and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days you can withdraw from any purchase online and pay only for the credits you used.
Your characters and renders are private unless you share them, and you can delete any of them, or your whole account, yourself.
